    I have lost 20+ lbs since in 3 months on this diet. I did exercise, but I have since stopped, but I am keeping the weight off, even losing more! High Protein and Fiber, and I love eating the foods too. The little packets to put in the bottled water taste great, and make a nice between meal snack. I have not felt this good in a long time, and I couldn't have done it without the South Beach Diet.

    I started this diet with my husband and I have been quite successful with it. I find it a bit difficult in the beginning but after five or six days my cravings subside and I feel better and the pounds literally start to melt off! Now... I just need to see if I can keep this up long term!

    I think it should be understood that this is not a "diet" so much as a lifestyle change. I didn't realize this when I first started but have found that it is easy to lose weight. One thing you have to watch out for is that if you don't stick to the diet 100% you will gain weight back! It's all about maintenence!
