    It's easy to follow, no need to count grams and calories. And it emphsis nutrition, I think it is great. I have learned to eat slowly and lost 7lbs in the last month.

    The good news is that i can have a glass of wine with the diet after the first ten days, the bad news is that too many food are forbidden. I also noticed that with the plate size they recommend i can only put half of the vegetables than usuall.
