I love Jillian, and I love this diet. She really knows how to motivate, and the workouts are great! They are intense, but you lose a bunch of weight doing them. I have lost 10 pounds in about a month and a half. Thanks Jillian.

She sure is intense, but I love her! I am losing weight and feeling great. She has changed my life.

I started the diet because I saw all the women on the Biggest Loser lose weight, and I saw how great of a trainer she is. I was not disappointed. She did it for the people on TV, and she did it for me.

She is tough but she knows what she is doing.I am following her from the biggest loser.she never accepts anything lesser than 100% satisfaction! i lost total 80 pounds

I was somewhere between 175 – 180 pounds when I started Jillian's diet. Believe it or not, I lost 40 pounds under guidance. Jillian is indeed one of the best trainers I have ever come across. She is such a perfectionist that she would not let me go until she got 100% percent out of her plan for me.

Losing weight involves a lot of mental effort. Jillian made me realize this. As an overtly obese person, I thought I could never come out from what I have become. But, Jillian’s plans worked out and made a difference. I lost about 55 pounds within a short period. I was extremely happy at the change. I felt like an altogether different person. Now, I feel confident at both work and home.

This site is only okay. I like the meal planning and the work out routines but that's about it. There is no real personal feel on the website. You receive a mass email from Jillian every so often but that's as much support as she offers. I felt the menu planning was limited in that I had to select from their meals instead of planning my own - this was fine to begin with because it took out a lot of the guess work but after awhile I found myself wanting more selection and no tools to help. The menu also lack a decent selection of vegetarian dishes which makes it hard for a vegetarian trying to follow the plan. I also had a hard time with the chatting forum. Not once did I find a question answered by Jillian herself. I found this very frustrating because I had some questions that needed answering and I felt like there was no support. The questions were answered by people who though they knew what Jillian would say which led to contridiction - i.e. in the menus she has several tofu dishes and yet people on the forum said that Jillian doesn't favor tofu or soy products for some reason or another. Huh? Finally, I didn't feel that there was any program tailored to my needs, just generalized according to activity level and body type. I find that I am constantly hungry when I stick to the suggested calorie limit and wonder if it is too low but again, like a mentioned before, there is no one to ask except people on the message boards and I already ranted about that. I suggest get the most out of if for the free trial period (which is now only 1 week instead of 2 like posted above). Learn you body type and calorie needs and sample some the menu and routines and then cancel.

Oh and the billing - just so you know- they bill you for $52 (13 weeks) and not just the initial $20 (5 weeks) - you can cancel after the 5 weeks but I don't see why I can't just pay for the initial 5 weeks and then continue at $4/week after that or cancel. Just overall not really impressed.
