    its just awesome, initially i was thinking that there will be long boring question session of 70 questions but when i start giving asnwer its helping me to determines my diet personality. The test asks me about my eating habits, physical activities and emotional wellbeing. it will help you to determines your dominant eating, exercise and coping personalities.and the punch point of the program is that it allows the program to focus more on the person and less on the diet.

I also like that I only have to follow the tips that apply to my patterns. The recommendations are easy to follow and practical.
