   Well this site is a complete resource for who wants weight loss and it has great information. One of my friend started taking the product, and it really worked for him.    My experience with this product wasn't what I hoped it would be. It definitely helps one lose weight, but I was not prepared for the jittery feelings that I had. There is a relatively small amount of caffiene in the pills, but I was simply too sensitive to it and had to discontinue. I must say, others that I know who have taken CUUR have not had this experience, which is why I still gave it a rating of three stars.

   Since turning 30 I have noticed that I simply cannot eat like I used to and maintain my weight.
