I have lost 20+ lbs since in 3 months on this diet. I did exercise, but I have since stopped, but I am keeping the weight off, even losing more! High Protein and Fiber, and I love eating the foods too. The little packets to put in the bottled water taste great, and make a nice between meal snack.

This is my 5th day on this diet.. and i can't give up fruits like it told, but i m still a lot lighter.. (5 lb in 5 days) not bad for starters.. and i m almost never hungry.. thats the best part
I have lost to date 30 pounds in just over a month. I have found that this diet is quite simple and the "rules" really do make sense to me. I am able to eat in moderation and now know how to make good food choices that will fill me up and satisfy me! This is a great option for anyone that is looking to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle!
I started this diet with my husband and I have been quite successful with it. I find it a bit difficult in the beginning but after five or six days my cravings subside and I feel better and the pounds literally start to melt off! Now... I just need to see if I can keep this up long term!
I think it should be understood that this is not a "diet" so much as a lifestyle change. I didn't realize this when I first started but have found that it is easy to lose weight. One thing you have to watch out for is that if you don't stick to the diet 100% you will gain weight back! It's all about maintenence!
The South Beach Diet works! If you are truly ready to make a lifestyle change that will lead to weight loss this is the way to go. You needn't buy any fancy foods, just follow some simple plans with the foods you probably already eat! Very safe, very effective, really easy!
I am quite pleased with the South Beach Diet. I was a bit nervous about cutting some foods out during the first phase, but found after a couple of days that I wasn't hungry and I had no cravings! I stepped on the scale today and found I am six pounds lighter after just 9 days! Wow!
