Medifast is a quick yet natural and nutritious way to lose weight. I tried Medifast’s 5 &1 plan and found a great difference even in the first few weeks. Medifast diet plans are quite good in terms of low-cal and low-fat. They are healthy and balanced meals that help you check your weight and lose that extra bit of fat. But one thing I disliked about Medifast is their too-green, tasteless recipes. Anyways, in the long go, you would like for the fear of gaining more fat!
I've been using Medifast for a month now, and have lost 14 pounds. It's easy to use. It took a few days to get used to the food. However, I add my allowed vegetables to the minestrone soup, and it actually tastes great.
I used MediFast about 3 years ago and lost 42 pounds in 2 months time. But i feel constant hungry and the food tastes not good, you must have discipline to stick with it.
