GREAT book! I learned more than I ever thought possible from a diet book from Fat Burning Furnace and have lost 10 pounds as a result! This is a program that everyone can benefit from.
After having my first child I wanted to get back in shape so I would feel good about myself. I found Fat Burning Furnace a great resource, though I had to read through it a couple times to be sure I understood and could apply all of the information.
